Welcome to all of my new students! I am so excited to start a new year with everyone. We will be busy at school this year building, reading, learning, and solving problems. I know you will have fun learning to design solutions to problems and become great thinkers. We will build structures, start learning to code, create new things, and learn how to keep improving what we do. We will listen to great stories and learn how to read them ourselves. We will tell our own stories out loud and in writing. We will learn to understand bigger numbers and solve problems. We will learn about the world around us. First grade is going to be great!
